到店无房是给会员本人的，如果改名字估计不好撕。给会员中心打电话，让会员中心通知酒店可以变更人员会更好。

别坑，按条款自己不住给别人需要提前致电客服中心的。不然真的没法住了。

条款明显我比你懂。他这是曼谷，国外酒店，积分房预定的时候，入住人数选择2，在网页版下订单的时候就可以输入额外客人的姓名（就是实际入住人的姓名），就可以了。根本不需要致电客服中心，OK？

蹲一个结果，关系到以后到底能不能用积分预定来操作卖房

不需要，只有大中华区酒店才有这个规定，并且至少提前7天。其他国外酒店就算你入住当天在网页版下积分房订单并添加别人姓名，也不需要联系客服中心。懂了？

你说的对，可惜酒店说不给住。你又不打电话，是要楼主的朋友到酒店前台**？

国外酒店很可能要你朋友提供你的护照才能入住，反正你几次都是提供预订人的护照就没问题了

你不识字？我一开始就回复楼主了，遇到这种酒店不给入住的情况，打电话给ihg就可以了。这种情况是酒店前台作妖，不代表酒店前台这种行为是对的，懂？而你回复我的“必须提前7天打电话要不然没法住”是错的。
