I completed a qualifying stay at one of your properties from April 27, 2023, to April 30, 2023, which, according to the terms of your promotion, should have earned me an additional 15,000 rewards points.
Before my stay, I ensured that I had properly registered for the promotion. However, upon reviewing my Wyndham Rewards account, I noticed that I have not yet received the 15,000 bonus points that I was expecting from this stay.
I kindly request that you look into this matter and credit the missing points to my account at your earliest convenience. This additional reward was one of the reasons I chose to stay at your property during those dates, and I trust that Wyndham values its commitment to its loyal customers.
